Has a few small holes and shredding toward the back of the dress and some minor discoloration but overall in great condition for its age. The bottom back side does not have any mechanisms in place for closure. I did my best to picture obvious flaws. Please feel free to ask questions prior to purchase. THE GARTERS HAVE A PATENT DATE OF 1909. TWO GARTERS ARE ON EACH SIDE OF THE BOTTOM FRONT. CONDITION: THERE ARE SEVERAL TINY POINT AGE SPOTS ON THE LEFT SIDE AND SEVERAL ON THE INTERIOR. THE ELASTIC GARTERS HAVE LOST STRETCH BUT REMAIN STRONG AND USEABLE, COULD BE REPLACED IF DESIRED.
This antique Victorian era white cotton black diamond polka dot print calico lace collar dress dates from 1900. It is made of a sheer white cotton batiste lawn calico fabric with a black diamond polka dot print, pintuck details and white lace trim inserts.

Made of a bright white cotton, with a mix of mosaic style embroidery and eyelet cutwork throughout. Half sleeves, with pin tucks and an accentuated waist that make this top tier. Has crochet lace going horizontally down the torso in a “V” fashion, and across the shoulders adding to its intricacy.
Inner wide waistline is heavy cotton with inner hooks. Also original white pre-tailoring stitching along the bottom.
This product is an antique 1900s green tweed wool walking shirt and jacket outfit. Outfit jacket is 20 inches long, 17 inches across the front from under arm under arm, waist is 15 1/2 inches across. The skirt is 41 inches in the front 42 inches in the back, waist 22 and 2 inches down from the waist it is 30 inches across. Very nice little buttons and details on both the skirt and the jacket. ******* note as depicted in the last few pictures, the silk around the neck, front and cuffs has begun to deteriorate and a few very small areas on skirt that the material is a little thin
