I Bought this in late 90s in Australia. Good vintage condition. The tag says Australian size 8 which is US equivalent to about a 2-4. I wore only a few times. Kind of a gothic look. Has lace up sides. First layer is sheer with 2nd layer red to give off a cool effect. They are 2 separate pieces. Approximate measurements flat 15″ pit to pit 51.5″ long
Oh what a dress! Classic thirties and bias cut, it is made from a lightweight crepe fabric. Due to the bias cut the dress has plenty of stretch and fits closely to the body. The bodice has almost a sweetheart neckline with pin tuck accents and the open sleeves drape over the arms and have a light orange contrast lining.
Crafted in Australia, it features a soft and warm blend of 77% lambswool and 23% nylon, ensuring both comfort and excellent shape retention. The embroidery remains vibrant and intact, and all buttons are securely attached.
