The first is a tulle layer adorned with bands of ornate silk taffeta ribbons. The second is a layer of black tulle. The third is a layer of black taffeta. Side or back metal zipper. Pictures speak for themselves. In the last picture the skirt is worn without a petticoat. Petticoat is not included. I’m fairly confident this beauty was made from drapery (curtain) fabric 🥰 Love-love the wild large scale floral. Blue background with chartreuse, turquoise, white, and yellow. Fitted yoke waist on full skirt with gathered tier at bottom.
