It has shell or mother of pearl buttons down the front top & small pleats under the waistline at the front & back. It feels like it is made of a cotton corduroy fabric w/ a velvety like feel to it. Even though that’s the only found flaw, it is possible there are other small holes, stains or issues not noticed.
