I am the author of the book Collectible Clothing with Prices which was published in 1982, and at age 69 selling my lifelong collection of vintage clothing here on EBay. Please see my store for more fabulous pieces. I always had a fondness for the 1940s jackets like this one and used to wear them in high school a long time ago! I was known as secondhand Sheila back then. This jacket is special as it has beautiful designs that were tufted on the collar. It is overall in good condition however it does have some moth grazing, so please see all photos for the best description of the condition as I do not accept returns for any reason, all sales final.
