Super sweet 1970s dress featured a blue and white star pattern with a pink lace hem. This dress features an empire waist and A-line skirt with tiered ruffle cuffs. It has long bell sleeves and zips at the back with an eye & hook at the neckline. This dress was designed by Julie Miller of California. Measurements: Modern Medium Bust: 36'' Waist: 30'' Hips: 41'' S to S: 15.5'' Shoulder to Hem: 39'' Condition: Excellent condition, no flaws, stains or holes. Please note: I measure my clothing items flat across the front of the item and double the measurement as it would fit you. Vintage sizing (especially before the 1980s) was different, so make sure to know your measurements to make sure it will fit. I use a cloth tape for sizing.
