Such a beautiful antique strong and wearable skirt in dots of black grey and white. Pretty ruffle flounce. Cotton still feels crisp, a few light marks see photos, I did not wash. Can certainly be worn as is as soon as you receive. The print feels/ looks more like it is closer in age to Civil War Era. Hook and eye closure. Waist 30” Hip 60”.
