These are in excellent preowned condition. The tag says they fit hip sizes 39-41. The waist is about 12 inches with the elastic relaxed, and about 21 inches stretched out. They measure about 18 inches from the elastic to the bottom of the lace. There are some small marks on the back which may or may not be cleanable - see photos.
