Women’s Heartbreaker/Heart Of Haute Size 1X Cherry Print Short Sleeve Wrap Dress. Dress is made of 100% cotton non stretch woven material. Left side tie is fed through an opening in the right side seam, tie sash is brought around the back and tied into a bow on the left side using the right sash for closure. There is pleating in the dress located where each sash is sewn into the dress. There is a wide flat collar at the neck. Sleeves have notched turned cuffs that are not sewn in place and need to be ironed to create the cuffed style. There is some wear and fraying a the bottom of each notch in the sleeve cuffs from general wash and wear over time.
