Victorian-era black wool cape featuring ornate embroidery and a decorative feather trim.Style and Era: commonly worn in the late 19th century, specifically between the 1880s and 1890s. It features intricate soutache embroidery throughout and a feather collar which continues down the front.

Often for proper fit, hang, and wear ability, pieces will need to be altered and/or adding a hook or snap here or there, with a seam closure or strengthening needed.
Button waist, a side pocket, full bustle, and lined in cotton. Stand-up collar, with one short tail and two long tails that end in gathers. The skirt is heavily gathered, ruched and with fine vertical pleats in layers.

It has beautifully carved and dyed mother of pearl buttons. There are 13. It has amazing construction. It is lined in brown cotton and there are two newer patches on the lining. It is not perfect but it still makes a striking display.
A charming antique original Victorian 1880 bustle dress. The dress is made of printed beige cotton. The cotton has a floral and abstract pattern in shades of beige, tan, orange and white. The dress is one piece and has a balloon bustle back.
This gray and black silk pinstripe caplet is lined in brown cotton and is trimmed in black lace. The silk has spots, some splits and small holes and wear. The lace is torn off on one side and loose on the other side and in the back. Lace needs repair. It is a fragile piece but a good example of Victorian fashion . It would be a great pattern piece or inspiration piece.
This bodice and skirt set are made from taffeta. The skirt has a few spots in the front and is layered to fit a crinoline, bustle, or petticoat. It also needs to be restitched in places. Length – 38″.
